UPDATED!!! List of Tournaments for the 2005 Season...
We have taken a great deal of interest in selecting a tournament offering that will feature top-notch facilities; competition, and great event structure. Another significant aspect of the places we'll go this year are the fact that two of them are qualifying events for REGIONAL and NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS which occur later in the year...Good Luck to ALL our teams this year!!
The following dates, times and locations ARE TENTATIVE but expected to remain firm. Factors (most, uncontrollable by The Legion) that may affect them are: 1) Event cancellation 2) Eliminating/Combining of ages/grades offered 3) Relocation 4) Condensing (running the event on one day instead of two) 5) Unforeseen happenings (conflicts) with your Legion Coach or Coaching Staff -- though unlikely 6) Timely feedback from other teams and clubs, which may compel us to opt-out of these events and select another 7) Unexpected raise in registration fee for the event 8) Input from the host that might suggest the event would be too competitive or not competitive enough for us, and there are others. These are only mentioned so that you parents and players can hopefully remain flexible and understanding if/when a change to this schedule may occur. Of course we all make plans and set up rides and carpools and the whole bit -- but since this is still an operation run by, with and for human beings; the possibility of change is an ever-present reality.
