The Grove Park Club hosts year round runs/walks from the Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach, DE every Tuesday at 6:00 P.M. GREAT BENEFITS! Earn club wearing apparel. Exchange ideas with other fitness buffs. Participate in speed training. You will have a great time and get in shape!

You will find us friendly and a fun group to hang with. All ages and abilities have joined The Grove Club. For a paltry sum of only $10 a year for individuals you too can be a member! We hope to have you visit us in Rehoboth at Grove Park!

Attendance at the Tuesday evening weekly runs (or walks!) earns your membership card after 3 times, the Grove Club T-shirt for 5 times, the club hat for 10 times, the club polo shirt for 20 times, a sweat shirt for 40 times and the Grove Club Jacket (with your name on it!) after 80 times.


** Also, during the summer we have Thursday interval workouts held at Cape Henlopen State Park for those interested. These will get you ready for those 5K's !! Meet at the tower at 6 PM.

*** And.... on most weekends there is an informal gathering of some of our club members for a "long run" so if interested ask a member or email me! (address at bottom of page)




For your listening enjoyment, you may be happy to know that I took off all music! Now all you need to do is plug in your MP3 player, pop on your headphones and you're all set! (please.... hold your applause.... please.....)
