WORKOUT PROGRAM 1/11/09

1. Run 2 miles.

2. 30 x 5 yard shuttles

3. 20 x 10 yard shuttles

4. 20 x 25 yard shuttles

5. 50 pushups

6. 100 crunches

7. 50 dips

Please do this a minimum of 3 times this week.
