Two summer camps are scheduled for 2009. The dates are July 6 - 10 and August 3 - 7. The camps will be held at Schutte Park. Details on the camps are below.

Parents, as you register for the Fall season - Please take the time to review some of the below feedback comments regarding our recreational coaching staff:
1) I want to nominate Coach Harvey (boys U10) for coach of the season. He has a positive attitude and continually encourages the boys. He has the correct perspective when it comes to recreational league soccer and cares about the self-esteem of the boys & teaching the game.
2) I would like to recognize Coach Rob. He is patient, kind and knowledgeable. Rob has had a long time commitment to the CDSA program. He has generously donated his time and his knowledge with the sincere desire to see all the children succeed. Rob approaches the game with fairness and integrity that is evident is his coaching and influence on the children. He is a rare and wonderful asset to the community as a whole.
3) This was my daughters first season with CDSA. I believe she was the youngest on her U8 team. She was inexperienced, but loved all aspects of the game. Coach Derrick ran terrific practices, easily transitioning the players from one drill to the next, constantly keeping them engaged. Although her skills did not start out as advanced as the other players, she has greatly improved throughout the season thanks to her coach.
4) I would like to nominate our coaching team - Coach Richard & Coach Robert. They both stepped up to take the team on when no one else would and neither had coached soccer before. They rallied our girls & really brought them together as a team. They brought out each girls "special ability" & made them feel proud. They showed the girls great respect & in turn earned the respect of each player. They represent what coaching is all about. I would be proud to serve with them again as team manager!
5) Coach Greg of the Rockets! The best soccer coach we could ask for. Can't put into words how great he was with our team this spring.

Interested in being a referee; the time is now!! Players over the age of 14 are eligible. Former players and adults over the age of 18 are also highly encouraged to become involved!! Clinics are being offerred soon; please click on the link and check the website for exact information!
