Firehawk Game News:
The Firehawks have now entered the big leagues. Today the girls played two games against high school teams. The first game was a barn burner where our Firehawks started with a lead but then trailed most of the game. Gut determination and good training prevailed and our girs took the first game with a three pointed with nine seconds to play. What a great start to this league. The second game was differnet against an Attach high school team. We played against much older experience girls and fell to a lopsided defeat. But . . . this is why we are here. We can play at the level but we have to learn from the past and be tougher in the future.
Firehawk Games and Practices:
Our next games is May 4th at 6:20pm against the Tigers.
Practice this Thursday April 10th at 7:00 PM at the Rogersville Elementary.

Firehawk Fund Raising News:
The Firehawks organization does not charge its players a fee and Coach Bob donates his time freely. For this we greatly thank him for his tireless work.
The team will soon begin an effort to organize fund raising. As the team grows and progresses, the strain to the finances of our parents could become serious. In the near future, we must make sure that the team can support their players in terms of uniforms, league fees, and tournamet fees.
