Parents, as you register for the Spring 2010 season - Please take the time to review some of the below feedback comments regarding our recreational coaching staff:
Coach Andy - My family would like to nominate Coach Andy, we feel he is an outstanding Coach for many reasons. Andy is very knowledgeable of the game and spreads his knowledge to his players. He is always very enthusiastic, and has a true love for the sport. Also Andy has the ability to find a players best qualities and to make that player feel important in many ways. He can even find some abilities the players never knew they had. He can take a group of soccer players and make an awesome TEAM. I can't say enough about Andy and his wonderful coaching ability. He is truly a positive role model for his players.
Coach Eric - I would like to nominate Coach Eric of the U10 girls. He is an energetic, enthusiastic and fun-loving coach who knows the sport. Eric is able to prove good instruction while having a great time with the girls and emphasizes good sportsmanship as well. I also like that he encourages tournament participation.
Coach Mike - I would like to nominate Coach Mike. Mikes dedication to CDSA has had a great impact for the U10 and U12 girls from the Smyrna area. He has always encouraged good sportsmanship and teamwork. Mikes involvement both on and off the field have helped the program to move in the right direction.
Coach Harvey - I nominated Coach Harvey. He is the most wonderful soccer coach any of our children have ever had (both our sons and daughters). He is always positive and has a calm demeanor no matter what is happening. Every child on his team always plays the same amount of time as the other children, regardless of ability. He has the gift of encouragement and has unlimited patience. I cannot think of a better choice. Winning is not his goal, but making better soccer players.
Coach Jessica is my choice for CDSA Coach for the season. She took over the coach position when our team was not assigned a coach. She has been wonderful!! We are lucky to have had her!!
Coach Paul - I would like to nominate Coach Paul whose is a great coach, boy scout leader, and excellent role model.
