Sports agent Curtis Dickey of Sports Management World Wide has officially become the sports agent of Troy’s Fighting Irish. Mr. Dickey will sign players from the Fighting Irish and help them get to a pro level. This means he can help players receive tryouts from teams, although there are no guarantees, from the IFL, AFL, CFL, European Leagues, and maybe even the NFL (Just to name a few). Mr. Dickey has already helped two members of the 2009 Fighting Irish receive contracts from the Omaha Beef a team apart of the Indoor Football League. The Fighting Irish are excited about this new opportunity that we can offer players, and look forward to a wonderful working relationship with Mr. Dickey and SMWW. This is player exposure that the Fighting Irish, and very few Semi-Pro football teams in the country, can offer their players.
A brand new message board has been setup for anyone and everyone as it is very easy to use. I encourage everyone to check it out and start posting. You can either click on the logo below or under the menu bar on the left. The direct address is http://tfifootball.boardhost.com please everyone let me know what you think. Fans, family, ect are also encouraged to post as well. I also set it up that any fowl language that is used will appear different after you post it as the board will see words that I typed in and change them to something else. It helps moderate itself.

As the second and final list of Semi-Pro football All-Americans came out on November 30th, 2009 the Fighting Irish had its most impressive showing yet of players being recognized on a National level. As the Fighting Irish had three players voted to the MLFN All-American team last month. The Fighting Irish had eight different players chosen at nine different positions on the Semi-Pro BCS Summer/Fall 2009 All-American team.
The Fighting Irish nominated nearly fifteen players for this team that was based purely off of 2009 player statistics, where as other All-American teams also factor in other awards, ect.
In total this season the Fighting Irish had eight defensive players, five Offensive players, and two Special Teams players recognized as either All-League or All-American honors. Congratulations to the following players for being 2009 Semi-Pro BCS All-Americans!

Minor League Football and Minor League Football News is very proud to announce their Summer/Fall 2009 All-American Team. More than 200 nominations were sent in from 17 Leagues across the country. The nominations were compiled and representative statistics were compared for each position.
The Summer/Fall All Americans may join with the Winter/Spring All Americans to play in the 2009 Hall of Fame Legends Bowl on December 5th in Las Vegas, NV where they will face the Farnham Knights of the British American Football League.
The Knights are a Premier Division Team from Great Britain and are nearly a constant fixture in the BAFL Playoffs leading up to the Boston Cup which signifies the winner of their National Championship. They are a very worthy opponent.

Honorable Mention
