Welcome to the TFFL website!!

Our age groups for 2008 will be Pee Wee (6 to 8 year olds), Junior (9 to 11 year olds), and Senior (12 to 14 year olds).  Pee Wee and Junior leagues are co-ed.  Please contact Roger Grimmett at 404/819-0348 or at ragrimme@nscorp.com with any questions or comments.

The 2008 TFFL Playoffs and Championships were played on Saturday, May 17.

In the early playoff games, the PW Falcons beat the PW Cowboys, the Jr Chargers beat the Jr Raiders, and the Sr Packers beat the Sr Ravens.

 The Championship games went as follows, the PW redskins beat the PW Falcons with a touchdown in the last few minutes to take the second consecutive Championship for Coach Rod and Coach Gary.  The Junior game was dominated by the Broncos over the Chargers.  Coach Ray wins his first Junior league title, but the day was not over.  In the Senior game, Coach Ray's Giants defeated coach Leah's Packers for the Giants second consecutive title.

I would like to thank everyone for their participation this spring and look forward to seeing you in July for TFL action.

Bud has been out for a week or so (nothing new for King).  He has checked the standings and made the outstanding observation that "these races are over."  He is right.  The regular season champs for Pee Wee are the Redskins, for the Junior are the Broncos and for the Senior are the Giants.  But, as King has said before, "and of course, you never know what might happen in the playoffs."
