Texas West District 4: Welcome

My thanks to Larry Coon, Ron Pullen, and all those that helped with the City Wide Registration. From all reports and numbers that I have seen it was a success, thanks to the additional advertising that was afforded the leagues.

Individual league registrations are continuing for the next couple of weeks, good luck and keep those numbers growing.

The General District Meeting has been moved to February 20th, to start at 9:00am, at the SAISD Administration Building. All areas of season and league preparation will be covered, as well as several Q & A sessions for your convienence.              

All financial statements and board rosters for the 2010 Season should have been sent to me by now, if you have not, please do this prior to the end of January.

All ASAP plans should be updated or completed by now, and copies sent to Scott Patterson, as well as International. If you have not done these, please make sure they are completed soon and sent in. They all need to be completed prior to leaague play beginning, and that is right around the corner.
