Mission Statement
The mission of the Texas Trouble organization is to develop a strong team of student-athletes in the classroom and on the field. We will achieve this success with an uncompromising commitment to provide positive opportunities for players by developing their overall physical and mental abilities in the game of softball. This will be accomplished by creating an environment where student-athletes can learn, grow, improve individual skills and develop character.
Purpose
Our purpose is to be winners on the field, in the classroom and in life. We will achieve this by having our players compete at the highest level possible to aid them in securing a position on their varsity high school team and/or showcasing their abilities to Collegiate Recruiters for scholarship opportunities.
Our Methodology
With the many different game situations that are always changing, one of the best attributes a player can have is strong mental focus and knowledge of the game. This is where we place a high value on teaching life skills through the game of softball which will carry over in to the classroom and everyday life. Our student-athletes will understand the importance of being a team player both in relying on their teammates and having their teammates rely on them. As in life this is accomplished through mental preparation, hard work, integrity and dedication.
