Texas Stix: Welcome

The Texas SOX Baseball Club is a youth baseball organazation that fields teams from the ages of 12-14. The SOX are located in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. The SOX are an affiliate of the Texas Stix Baseball Club which fields teams from the ages of 15-18. The Stix are located in Euless, Texas. Playing for the Stix is the ultimate goal for any SOX player. The SOX will be playing a Triple AAA or Major schedule for the 2007 season. The SOX will be holding TRY OUTS for the 13U & 14U age groups Saturday, November 18, 2006 at 1PM at Western Hills High School. This will be the first year of existence for the SOX. The team is founded by Josh Boop. Coach Boop has played college baseball at its highest levels obtaining a Junior College Division I National Championship in 2001. He has twice been named an All American among numerous individual and team awards. Coach Boop has an abundance of knowledge for the game of baseball and his goal is to pass that on to young men who are serious about the game of baseball. Coach Boop is dedicated to the development of young men who want to be serious baseball players.
