Dear Future Sponsor, 

The Texas Senators, a non-profit organization, continues to compete at a higher, select level of baseball.  Our goal is to instill responsibility through discipline in a team environment while building character in our young athletes both on and off the field. 

Understanding that our players are advanced in their skills, our coaches make every attempt to challenge them and develop their skills for the next level.  They donate their time and assets to making the Texas Senators a success.  In order to continue on their path of success they need your help. 

With high gas prices, and unemployment rising, families find it more and more difficult to continue to pay high prices for their child to compete at this level.  Some players are unable to play with teammates with equal skill sets because of lack of funds.  With parental contributions and player fundraisers we are able to meet the minimum playing fees.  This does not include their uniforms, practice field, travel expenses or tournament fees let alone the equipment needed to fully develop their skills.  Through the generosity of our sponsors, our players will be able to compete at the State and National Levels of which they are aiming. 

Each team is operating on a budget of over ten thousand dollars per team to cover, tournament fees, travel expenses, uniforms, protective gear, insurance, and other incidentals.  We are looking for sponsor donations that will allow these boys to compete at higher levels with maximum exposure to the game.  We sincerely hope that you will choose to sponsor the Texas Senators and invest in a special facet of youth activities in your community for the 2009 season. 

We look forward to welcoming you to the Texas Senators family!  Family is what you will be with the option of receiving updates on our team’s successes!  Through your sponsorship we will be able to achieve our team goals:  develop team spirit, self motivation, and accountability.  When investing in the Texas Senators you are investing in your own community.  Our teams will be participating in North Texas Area tournaments and we will carry your name with us, as you will have made it possible for them to participate with your help.

Team sponsorship opportunities are available at four levels, starting at only $250. Each additional level provides greater benefits to a sponsor, which ties your business closer to the events and to the locations throughout the 2009 season.

SCHOLARSHIP DONATIONS:

The purpose of the Scholarships will be to provide league entry fees and equipment to the youth player(s), who could not otherwise afford to play baseball.
