"TWO PICKS" Claims Fame In The NMLF All Star Game

Congratulations Jerrod McGarity! Already the Mavericks regular season record holder with 10 interceptions, McGarity made his final mark of the season on the NMLF AllStars. With the stage set to compete against the "best of the best", his two interception, one pass defensed and three tackles earned him the NMLF Defensive Player of the Game honors at the NMLF AllStar game this weekend in Dallas. "I'm just blessed," says McGarity, we went up there and I gave it a hundred!"
He plans to extend that record in 2010 when he comes to training camp as the leading corner for the Mavericks. "I'm ready to get on it! We started working out now and I'm looking forward to see what next season has in store for us." Congratulations once again to all of the Mavericks All Stars, we'll see you in off season!
