Tournament Affidavits and Player Residences
IMPORTANT: For many years, LLB required that the physical location of each named player's residence be indicated on the League's approved boundary map and attached to the respective "Tournament Affidavit" for each participating team. This is no longer necessary, as the League President, together with the Player Agent, certifies each named player to be legally eligible with regard to residence, age and participation upon signing each respective "Tournament Affidavit". However, an exact copy of the League's boundary map (8 1/2" x 11"), as approved and on file with LLB, including the general location of each player's residence MUST be attached to each participating team's "Tournament Affidavit", and MUST be signed and dated by the League President and District Administrator.
CLARIFICATION: The corresponding number assigned to each named player, on each respective "Tournament Affidavit", must be indicated on the League boundary map, attached to and made part of said "Tournament Affidavit", in the general location of said named player's residence and must be located inside of the League's boundary lines, as indicated on the said League boundary map. Any player whose residence is located outside of the approved League boundary lines, as indicated on the said League boundary map, must have an approved "waiver" on file with District 10 and Little League Baseball. The said League boundary map must be no larger than 8 1/2" x 11" in size.
