WELCOME TO TEXAS DISTRICT 10 LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL
A SIMPLE EXPLANATION OF BASEBALL Baseball is a game played by two teams: one out and the other in. The one that is in sends players out one at a time to see if they can get in before they get out. If they get out before they get in they come in, but it does not count. If they get in before they get out, it does count. When the one that is out gets three outs from the one that is in before they get in without being out, the team that is out comes in and the team that is in goes out to get those going in out before they get in without being out. When both teams have been in and out nine times, the game is over. The team with the most in without being out before coming in wins, unless the ones in without being out before coming in are equal. In which case, the last one that was in goes out to get the one that is in out before they get in without being out. The game will end when each team has the same number of ins out, but one team has more in without being out before coming in. Friday, March 23

Tournament Affidavits and Player Residences
IMPORTANT: For many years, LLB required that the physical location of each named player's residence be indicated on the League's approved boundary map and attached to the respective "Tournament Affidavit" for each participating team. This is no longer necessary, as the League President, together with the Player Agent, certifies each named player to be legally eligible with regard to residence, age and participation upon signing each respective "Tournament Affidavit". However, an exact copy of the League's boundary map (8 1/2" x 11"), as approved and on file with LLB, including the general location of each player's residence MUST be attached to each participating team's "Tournament Affidavit", and MUST be signed and dated by the League President and District Administrator. CLARIFICATION: The corresponding number assigned to each named player, on each respective "Tournament Affidavit", must be indicated on the League boundary map, attached to and made part of said "Tournament Affidavit", in the general location of said named player's residence and must be located inside of the League's boundary lines, as indicated on the said League boundary map. Any player whose residence is located outside of the approved League boundary lines, as indicated on the said League boundary map, must have an approved "waiver" on file with District 10 and Little League Baseball. The said League boundary map must be no larger than 8 1/2" x 11" in size. Monday, January 17
