They are a select group of ladies who work hard in preparing themselves for the next level of fastpitch softball play.  Winning is in the commitment of having a great attitude on and off the field, along with the commitment of working hard in "upping" the level of the preformance through discipline, practice, and sportsmanship.   Each team member knows it is vitial for her to do her part...therefore "holding her end of the rope!"  In doing this she will not let her team down, herself down and she will be a important fiber of a team of ladies who therefore become as strong as the rope they are holding!
