MORE PRACTICES ARE POSTED TO THE MAIN CALENDAR!

december is a hard month to get gyms I have no gyms from 7th through 12th.. no practice! we will practice 19th and 20th times are not posted yet.. We also will not practice over the holiday from dec. 21st thru dec.26th its a waste of gym rental fees and usually have very low numbers .. we will start practices again dec.27th NewYears should not interfere with schedule.. 

uniform order forms are now on handouts, this is only for the asics blue/white garrison (sleveless) and spandex.

I have been able to obtain several of the uniforms from players that have graduated from TEVA and from former players I will go down line from 18black, 18blue , 16's and down delivering them.   WE WILL be using the sleevless Blue asics again next year and the new uniform you receiving this year and we will change out the long sleeve uniform next year. 18's must have all three jerseys other teams can go with the asics blue and the new black. If you want the white long sleeve they would be available to purchase however we wont be using them next year.

TEAM REPS: please be at practices this weekend, I will have samples of the new jerseys for the girls to try on, I need correct sizes and numbers asap to get order in. Also, practice t-shirts should be in soon hopefully next week, each player that has been placed on a team will receive one. I will be putting up a correct order form for the asics jersey and xtra gear order forms soon.

**We will be sending out new forms for selling ads.  For now, make checks out to TEVA.  All donors will receive a copy of the media guide.  Artwork needs to be emailed to hrolen@bvps.org as a JPEG or PDF file.  Deadline for ads will be December 22.**

We will be using this page for club communication. Each team will be able to have their own website from the coach. When you click on your team, it will take you to your very own website for your team. Calendar ect.... we will be using this....

Practice times are on your team calendars.  Click on your team name, then left click on the calendar. Some are starting Nov. 29th with a practice and asome start the first week of December.

Non-travel--practice Saturday, December 5th at 1pm at the YWCA (parent meeting as well).

In December we will be having a Scorekeeper and Officials clinic.  We will get a date out to you asap. This is MANDATORY!

GIRLS, before anyone can participate with club, all info needs to be in and the parent/player contract must be signed. Players read the contract you signed.  We will be holding you to it!!!

There will be some clinics starting after team postings. A few of them are mandatory! Nov. 24th is a mandatory setting clinic  at the YWCA at 6:00 for all age groups including non travel.--No Charge

Coaches those of you who are NOT impact certified will be getting certified this January... Please keep this in mind.

We will be doing several fundraisers this year. It will NOT be mandatory, however you can do enough to bring the cost of your fees down.  We will also be doing a media guide this year and you will be able to sell ads as a fundraiser as well. Holly Rolen and Tasja Thomas will be heading this up. We will explain more at the meeting.
