| Once again it's very obvious from the larger number of football players who used the weight room and the Bigger Faster Stronger program what an impact this is having on MTHS Football....superior strength & conditioning is obvious as is fewer injuries!! After Football let's see not only more players from all grades but players from other sports as well(including the girls sports) !! Go Hawks! |

| Hey Hawks, great victory against Monroe to finish your season. Great to see the TEAM effort and everyone playing with HEART. JuniorS, Sophomores and Frosh need to be working hard in the offseason in the Bigger, Faster, Stronger program during 0 period. I am a firm believer that this made a huge difference for all the guys that were "regulars" all last year. Next year you guys can make the playoffs! GO FOR IT!! Believe in yourselves and the difference you can make!! GO HAWKS!! |
