Gerald T. Livingston, 54, of Prospect Park, a longtime borough resident and football coach, died July 12 at Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park.
Mr. Livingston was born in Key West, Fla. A 1974 graduate of Interboro High School in Prospect Park, he attended Bloomsburg University in Columbia County and Widener University in Chester. Mr. Livingston was a recruiter for Hi-Tek Professionals in Prospect Park.
A football coach for 30 years, he was head coach of the Prospect Park Termites’ 150-pound football team for the last 14 years. Mr. Livingston also coached wrestling at Interboro High School. He was the son of the late Edwin S. and Mary A. Hosey Livingston.
