PASSING SHOT

Drill Description: one player begins on the deuce side at the net. The other player begins on the add side. The player at the net feeds a ball to the other person, which he returns back to the net man. The net man then volleys the ball cross-court. The player on the baseline then runs after the ball and hits down the line to the open court. The net man remains in place. The process is repeated one after another until the player is tired. After a minute-long break, the next part of the drill is started. This time the net man begins on the add side while the other person remains on the add side.
