Temple Terrace Little League: Spring 2013 Divisions
Non-competitive live pitch baseball for 4, and 5 year olds. The players will learn fundamentals, hit off Tee. There are no walks, no leading off, coach or player pitching and no stealing of bases.
Minor A
Competitive, live pitch baseball for 9 and 10 year olds. Kids pitch under a standard 4 ball, 3 strike format. There are walks and stealing of bases, but there is no leading off.
Minor B
Semi-competitive, live pitch baseball for 7 and 8 year olds. Kids pitch 4 pitches followed by 3 pitches from the coach. Kids are allowed 3 swings at 7 pitches. There are no walks, no leading off and no of stealing bases.
Majors Division
Competitive, live pitch baseball for 11 and 12 year olds. Kids pitch under a standard 4 ball, 3 strike format. There are walks and stealing of bases, but there is no leading off.
Intermediate- 50/70
Transition division for players not yet ready for Jr/Sr division. Same rules as Majors but 50' mound and 70' base paths
JRs/SRs Division
Competitive, live pitch baseball for 13, 14 and 15 year olds. Kids pitch under a standard 4 ball, 3 strike format. There are walks, leading off and stealing of bases.
