MCMC Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Clinic are offering free youth sports physicals for ages 10 and older! See handout below for details.

Equipment Info
All uniform shirts and hats will be provided along with league catcher's gear, bats and batting helmets.
Players will need to provide their own: glove, pants (solid gray only), socks, belt, under shirt and possibly a cup (required for catchers).
Note: You may provide your own bat, batting gloves and batting helmet, if desired. If purchasing your own bat, it must be Little League approved. Please see the link, below, for the current list of Little League approved bats.

Volunteer Umpires Needed
Anyone interested in volunteering to umpire for the 2013 Season needs to fill out a volunteer form and email Mike Armstrong at tdlittleleague@gmail.com. An Umpire Clinic will be available for those interested: dates and times will be posted once determined.
