Saturday, September 15 Required Forms Listed below are the most recent copies of the USA Hockey forms that everyone must fill out. It is important that people use these latest versions and not any old ones from years past. They do change periodically. This applies to all teams. If you have already completed these, please check the version to make sure you used the most recent one. For those of you that are tournament bound, it is critical that you have these completed for your team credentials using the newest version. They may not accept older versions in your credentials. USA Hockey Waiver of Liability - Must be completed by every player, head coach, assistant coach and manager on each team. One copy should be maintained by the team manager and another copy sent to our Secretary, Jim Stedman. USA Hockey Consent to Treat - Must be completed by every player on the team. Copies should be maintained by the team manager at all times. The league does not require a copy of this form. These forms can be found in the "Handouts" section of this web site, click here. Thursday, September 11 Procedure for Ice Times, Game/Scrimmage Scheduling & Change Please use handouts below for Ice Time Calculations, Home Game and/or Scrimmage Scheduling and Change Procedures as reference. Handout: Procedure for Game/Scrimmage Scheduling & Change Check your mail! There is a small room at the NW corner of the rink with the Tri-County logo on the door. This room has a box on the wall with mail slots for each team and the executive board members. This is for team communication and you should insure you check this room frequently throughout the season so as not to miss out on any important information. Fundraising Any ideas for fundraisers need appoval by the board before they can be implemented. Please contact Jim Stedman for approval. If you are going to have a team function or party... New this year...before planning a team function or party, even if private, you must have approval from the board. Please contact Jim Stedman for approval. Success Stories Be sure to submit a write-up on any team/individual accomplishments that occur throughout the season to Brenda Benjovsky (tbenjovs@rochester.rr.com), so they can be properly recognized under the 'Success Stories' category on the TCYH website. A suggestion would be to have someone from your team volunteer to be a 'reporter'. Individual Team Pages Keep your team up-to-date with the latest news, pictures and schedules! It's really quite easy to do. If you would like access to your team's home page, first, become a member of the TCYH web site by selecting 'BE A MEMBER' from the homepage. Include your team's name (ex. Bantam Travel Tier 2)and names and e-mail addresses of the people who will be updating the page. The site administrator will grant you access to update your team's pages. |
