                                                                TCR Board Meeting

                                                                    March 29, 2009

Attendees:  Chris Cassels, Sam Geddie, Amy Deitch, Terry Flickinger, Jennifer Avery, Marc Santini, Ryan Chitwood and Clair Barfield.

The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m.

Meeting began with Golf Tournament discussion and update. Chris Cassels presented a working document with sponsors, teams, potential revenue and expenses. All agreed that the next coming week would be crucial in getting those names firmed up for the tournament and collecting fees. Chris will be following up with leads that we currently have.

All Golf Tournament discussions will be tabled until April 12, 2009. The Board will have an informal meeting at that time to finalize the tournament.

The Board received a letter of resignation from Tom Brown as Parliamentarian effective 3/21/09. Marc Santini made a motion to appoint Ryan Chitwood as a replacement for Tom. Clair Barfield seconded that motion and was unanimously voted into this position.

Marc Santini will be looking into the cost, design and purchase of window decals throughout the season.

Clair Barfield presented the Board with an update on Cheer registration. We currently have approx. 112 girls that have signed up for cheerleading for the 2009-2010 season. The second fitting will be held on April 11 in addition to sign up’s at that time.

The next scheduled meeting’s agenda will cover the following issues:

·         Golf Tournament

·         Cheer sign ups

·         Football sign up dates

·         Photographers

This meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
