TCRFA will work to develop draft rules that work. We take parity and equal distribution of kids very seriously. As such, the attached rules have been designed to help the league protect against team stacking. The league is always interested in improving these rules and would welcome feedback. This draft rule set was ratified at the June 2004 meeting of NPWA for a majority vote of the coaches and board members.
Any player caught playing in the wrong sector will automatically receive a 3 game suspension. We hope that coaches and board members will help police this violation. No player may play in a different sector (sectors defined as Medlin, Pike, Chisholm) from where their home address feeds the middle school of the designated sector. Anyone who is aware of this should email board members and make them aware.
No child in Pike/Chisholm boundaries may play in TCRFA league. No child in Medlin boundaries may play in NPWA.
