Cooperstown Dream Park - National Tourneys
The most incredible tournement in the nation occurs every summer at Cooperstown Dream Park in Cooperstown, NY. TC/Rk Baseball has sent several teams to this event in the past.

How To Register
This tournement is designed for the 12yr old levels. Teams consist of 11 players and 3 coaches and 1 umpire. The cost per player and coach is approx $650pr (umpire is free). This registration fee includes all lodging expenses and all meals for players, coaches and umpire. Additionally, each player and coach receive 2 uniforms (red and blue) and a cap that they will wear for all games and take home afterwards. Players must bring to 2 pairs of plain white pants.
An initial deposit of $600 for the team is due with paperwork by Sept 15th. Teams are notified on Nov 1st if they have been selected. 1300 teams out of about 4000 applications are selected. Having a CDP# (Cooperstown Dreams Park Number) GREATLY increases your chances of getting in. A CDP# is a number that teams receive after participating in the tournement that they can share with a team going the following year (it is valid for 52 weeks). Applications with CDP#s get pulled out and processed first so it is a distinct advantage to have one. Find a team who went the year prior by looking at the tourney results.
If your team receives the invitation, you will be assigned one of the weeks in the summer (based on your priorizatioin of them on your application). If your team is selected Nov 1st, you have 30 days to send in another $1500 payment to secure the invite. If you do not respond you are out.
The tournements are 1 week in length (Sat morning to Fri morning).
