Coach Benji Blevins is in his first year with the Tates Creek Commodores after coaching for the Lexington Futbol Club.
His distinguished playing career includes playing four years at Dunbar High School where the 1992 team won the state championship. In addition, Coach Blevins played in the Olympic Development Program for five years and at Transylvania University from 1995 to 1998.
Benji graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Born in Lexington, he continues to live here with his wife Geriann and his 2 year old daughter, Macy.
