We PRACTICE weekly on THURSDAY nights from 6-8PM at the Taunton State Hospital Gymnasium and SUNDAY afternoons from 1-6PM at Taunton High School UPSTAIRS PARKER GYM

2009 Dynamite Grads at College
Jess Furtado (Taunton'09/Franklin Pierce'13) and Jackie Enos (Coyle&Cassidy'09/Babson'13) renewed acquaintances at the National Training Center in Clermont, FLA at the College Spring games.Jackie leads Babson College with a 450 BA and is 2nd in the NEWMAC overall in hitting in helping the Beavers to an 8-8 start. Jackie went 5 for 8 in the DH sweep of Bridgewater State last week.
Jess hit a game winning, bases loaded walk-off double to help the Ravens to a 5-8 record in Florida,
Christa Coscia (Apponequet'09/WPI'13) is off the a 2-1 record with a 2.94 ERA to help the Engineers to a 10-5 record.
Lauren Tierney (Middleboro'09/Roger Williams'13) is hitting 257 and has started all the games for the 8-8 Hawks of Roger Williams.
Jasmyn McCone (Taunton'09/CCRI)is in the starting line-up at CCRI and is a big part of their 4-1 start.
Alex Andrade (Stang'09/Elmira College'13) began her college career with two pinch hits, a double and a triple helping Elmira College to a 3-0 record.

Enos named Taunton Gazette Female Athlete of the Year
Jackie Enos follows former Dynamites Kristine Melito (2007) and Erin Wade (2008) as winners of the Gazette's Female Athlete of the Year Award.
Jackie also follows former Dynamite and Coyle & Cassidy'05 Alum Courtney Thurston to Babson College to play for Coach Dave Canan. Thurston was a senior captain for Babson's softball team this past season.

Gazette names Dynamites to 2009 All Scholastic team
The Taunton Dynamites dominated the Taunton Gazette's 1st and 2nd team all-stars selections in 2009.
Taunton High Schools' Jess Furtado and Jess Moitoza were joined by Apponequet's Christa Coscia and Middleboro's Lauren Tierney on the first team. Coyle Cassidy's Jackie Enos and Taunton High's Shelby Phillips were named to the second team.
Furtado, Moitoza and Enos are all repeat selections from 2007 and 2008 .
