2007..."Yak" turned in a stellar season at shortstop last year while batting a solid .337 in 36 games for the Blue and Gold. Tommy had 19 RBI's and 6 doubles while reaching base at a .413 clip.
2008... The left handed hitting Yakubowski hit an impressive .376 on the year with a .466 on base percentage knocking in 19 RBI's. The solid defender also saw time behind the plate and had 11 steals in 11 attempts. Tommy was second on the team with two homeruns. Yakubowski plays football and basketball for the freshmen Knights of Akron Hoban.
