Great News… Cross Fit Nation of Easton and the Braves have teamed up to provide top level training and conditioning for the upcoming 2012 season. Here’s how it’s going to work….During the month of June the Cross Fit staff will provide guidance and motivation to all Braves participants AND parents doing various strength, speed and conditioning drills.This is a great way to get introduced to what cross fit is all about while preparing for the 2012 season. Failing to prepare for the upcoming season is essentially preparing to fail and the key to anything you do is making sure you are ready for the challenge.For the football players the #1 thing you need to focus on during the off season is getting/staying in shape.That will make the difference in dominating or being dominated. We need your acknowledgement that you are willing to make the difference for your team.And for parents, the program is open for you to have some fun and work with your kids in building a healthier and influential lifestyle. The program is planned to run on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June from ~6pm to 8pm at the Cross Fit Facility located at 411 Needlewood Ave in Easton. A fee of $85 is requested for each participant with discounts for parents/siblings who sign up. Sponsorships are available so please feel free to pursue this great opportunity regardless of income. NCA Cheer Camp: July 9th-13th at Chesapeake College 9-4pm. Before and after care will be available.
Football Camp: July 16th-19th at Easton Middle School 6-8pm. Easton High School Football coaches will be conducting camp!!
