Sabatella- 2nd Team All-State
Bryan Sabatella, who helped lead SWR to the Suffolk County Championship and the Suffolk Class B Championship, was named to the All New York State 2nd Team. Sabatella is the fourth Wildcats named to the All-State Team in the four year history of the honor. Previously named were: Chris Joyce (1999), Matt Millheiser (2000) and Matt Bisig (2001).

Sabatella Selected to All-State Team and Playoff MVP
At the Suffolk County Coaches Association Dinner held on June 12, 2002, SWR senior Bryan Sabatella was selcted for the New York All-State Team and also named the Small School Championships MVP. Bryan is the fourth SWR member selcted to the All-State Team. Previously selected were: Chris Joyce (1999), Matt Millheiser(2000)and Matt Bisig(2001). Sabatella also earned the Fred Binagardi Award. The is given to the Most Valuable Player of the Small School County Championships. He is the first Wildcat ever selected.

Kevin Williams Fund Project
On Tuesday, March 26 the Shoreham Wading River School District Board of Education approved a donation by the Kevin Williams Fund by the Kevin Williams Family. The donation will include an electric scoreboard, permanent bleachers and a landscaped flagpole/memorial.
