 SPRING 2010 NEWS an INFORMATION 
The 2010 Baseball / Softball season officially started on February 6th, 2010.  We currently have a waiting list in all divisions of Baseball {including t-ball}.  Currently, we have openings in the Softball program for girls whom are league age 6 – 12 (limited availability).   If you are interested in placing your child’s name on the waiting list or to register a Softball player, please stop by the concession stand located at Whispering Pines Park any evening Monday thru Friday after 5:30 p.m. or on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.   If you place your child on the waiting list unfortunately there is no way of knowing if or when your child will be moved from the waiting list to a team.

Weather Watch

South Florida is known for its tropical climate.  It's also known for rain, and lots of it.  If you want to know if your game is on or cancelled due to the weather check here between 4pm and 5pm.  All weather related cancellations will be posted as soon as the city says the fields are unplayable...sometimes that's only minutes before game time, but they are the ones to make the decision. 

Remember just because it's raining in your neighborhood doesn't mean the game is cancelled.  Always wait to hear from your coach, league official, or right here on www.swpsl.com.
