SW Portland Little League operates under a charter granted by Little League Baseball, Inc. of Williamsport, Pennsylvania and within the Oregon District 4 league.

We've changed our name to SW Portland Little League prior to the 2006 season. You may have known us as Tualatin Little League of Southwest Portland. As League President Kevin Venables said "we want to avoid confusion with Tualatin City Little League and attract players from our area in Southwest Portland." This name supports that vision and gives others a clear idea of where we're from as our teams travel to various locations.
