2011 Cheerleading and tackle football registration form
Registration form is to save your spot on the team, a $50 non-refundable registration fee is due when you submit. The physical form must be completed by all participants to get on the practice field and must be dated after 1/1/11. The Player Contract is to be completed by all participants to get on the practice field.

Report Card for 2010-2011 school year
Picture - head shot, no sun glasses or hats
