Devils Bow Out 24-13
It's been a great ride but all good things must end. The Devils lost in the State Quarterfinals to a tough Bishop Carroll Huskies team tonight 24-13. The best of luck to all Devil players past and future!

Devils Beat Iroquois 39-6
Sharpsville takes it's 4th D-10 Title in 5 years in a big win over the FCVC rep Iroquois Braves. Not as many pics as usual this week as the artificial turf wreaked havoc on many a knee keeping The Doctor busy doing his "day job" tonight. Sorry fans, but the knees must come first! Enjoy!

Campbell Memorial Game
The Blue Devils crush the Red Devils from Ohio tonight 42-14 in the snow and the mud. If the stadium is called the Pines, the field should be called The Swamp, as the new much maligned sod took the last of this year's beatings. Next week marks the start of the District Playoffs. Be there!

Senior Night 2001
For the last time, the Seniors of Sharpsville High gathered together for a home football game. It was a night to remember for many reasons. The weather, the win, the crowd, the fireworks. It was One More, and then The Road, hopefully to another State Title. Check out the pics below.

Devils Roll Over Raiders
Sharpsville came back from a 7-3 halftime deficit and lit up the board for three more TD's in the second half as they beat previously unbeaten Reynolds 23-10. The Raiders certainly made a game of it but in the end the Devils were simply too strong in this interclassification battle. Sorry some of these are so blurry, but the lighting up north was less than ideal for photos. Also, check out the video section for three MPEG shorts.

Western Beaver Game
The Devils shut down the Golden Beavers 11-8 tonight on an incredibly wet night. After taking the opening kickoff 90 yards and pulling out to an 8-0 lead, Beaver was basically shut down by a dominating Devil D. Battling through mutiple injuries both before and during the game (Dr. Bonz and company were kept pretty busy), Sharpsville pulled it together with a second half comeback. An opening drive score and two point conversion pulled the Devils even and a Ray Rotell 4th quarter field goal put them ahead to stay. The Defense was overpowering in preventing the Beavers from getting anywhere near an offensive score. Next up, the Warriors of Brookfield.

Pius X Game
Pius X steals one from the Devils in a thrilling 10-9 win. We realize that due to the unusually long travel required for this game and the tragic events of this past week, a large number of faithful Devil fans were unable to be at this game. I have therefore included a few more pics than usual in this album. Hope you like them. To the players, good luck in the future and to all of us, God bless the United States of America!

Devils Maul The Marauders
Sharpsville rolled over AAAA St. Joes from Buffalo N.Y. today 27-12. Devils starting QB Billy Stiger even saw some action as a receiver just to get his feet wet as his rehab and recovery from a serious knee injury in the preseason. The Devils go to 3-1 with red hot undefeated Reynolds up next.
