Simi Valley Girls Softball 2010 Season Registration

Registration for the 2010 Season begins on October 1, 2009 through November 15, 2009, all registrations after the 15th will be added to a waiting list. 

Mail-In or Deliver to Player Agent        

T-Ball $110.00 and 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U $140.00
