I want to delete information associated with an email account. I am being told the email account is currently in use even though, I thought, I totally erased the roster/people from the website with the exception of me.

Please remember that when you add a member, an eteamz member account is created for them. Even if you delete them from your site's member list, the name/email on their account will still remain as a member account in the eteamz database. The member would have to contact us to delete it completely. If you delete them from your site and they had stats entered for example, all of their stats would be removed as well. If you try to add the email to your site again, it's going to prompt you to accept the original account that is still in our database. Have the members contact websupport@eteamz.com if they need them deleted.
