Free Trial Ended - Purchased Pro But No Pro Options Showing

Hi,
I purchased the eteams web site for Creekview Wrestling team. I still had some time left on my free trial. I had the site fixed with all of the options that were available to me with the purchase and now my entire site is messed up! There are no banners, borders, colors or anything that I spent time doing to make the site our own. Why?? Here is my purchase information below:

You only purchased the Ad Option
|
Hi Kathy,
The PLUS trial ended and so far, you've only purchased the Ad Option, not the basic PLUS service. The ad option won't work unless you also have the basic PLUS and since your trial ended, you will have to reset your colors, etc. after you repurchase PLUS.
