Export to Logical Solutions

HELP!!! I am having a difficult time exporting our old ARM files into the new Logical Solutions software. I am also getting an error message regarding my password after I entered the information onto a new computer. Any suggestions???

Hi,
ARM isn't password protected. Where are you receiving the password message? What does it say?

I posted a new message...sorry! What I get is "Password Protection" screen after the download when I try to open the program. It also says " You entered the wrong password try again" then "The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user" and finally "Database is not the correct version and could not be updated". What do I need to do?

Hi,
Be sure you click "reply" on my message so I'm notified when you post again.
Regarding the "not the correct version" error - If you have a backup you can rename the active.adb file to something else (i.e. activeold.adb) and then rename the active.bdb to active.adb
That should do the trick for you.
Note that we really aren't supporting ARM any longer.

I am confused. What about the "password" issue? It seems I can get the program up and running in my old computer but not the new one. Thanks for your help.
