  What is Region 14  
 

What is region 14?

The Amateur Softball Association of America is an independent and unique organization. It is one of the largest and fastest growing amateur sports associations in America today. Its membership is comprised of men, women, boys, and girls who are dedicated to amateur sports. More than 40 million adults and youngsters play annually in the United States some form of competitive and recreational softball and the majority of them play ASA softball. Softball is also the largest team participation sport in the U.S.A.

The ASA is made up of geographical areas referred to as LOCAL associations.


Central California: City of Fresno and the Counties of Kern, Kings, Madera, Tulare, San Luis Obispo, Inyo, Mono and Antelope Valley.

Greater San Joaquin: City of Stockton and the Counties of San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, Alpine and Mariposa.

Oakland: City of Oakland, all of Alameda County and Contra Costa County.

Greater Sacramento: City and County of Sacramento, all of El Dorado and Placer counties and the eastern portion of Yolo County that includes the cities of Davis and Woodland.

San Francisco: City and County of San Francisco.

Northern California:

Southern California:

State of Hawaii: All inclusive.

State of Nevada: All inclusive.
