2012 Approved bats for Baseball and Softball (Rookies - U12)

Minor and Majors softball players should look for ASA approved 2 1/4 inch diameter bats.

Rookies, Minors and Majors baseball players can use all metal, all wood, all composite handle/metal barrel, and all approved composite bats that are 2 1/4 inches in diameter. The bat need not carry the Little League trademark.  Little League does publish a list of licensed bats if you are looking for some guidance (see link below)

Please note that due to continued safety concerns, Little League International has updated their list of approved composite baseball bats for 2012.  If you are purchasing a composite bat please be sure and purchase one from the approved list.
