Summer Practices Update
Summer practice begins the morning of Monday, June 4th as shown on the schedule below.
Practice is held Monday and Wednesday through Friday at the following times (No practice on Tuesday):
Age Group: 9, 10, 11 & 12: 7:00 - 8:00 am
13 and up: 8:00 - 9:00 am*
8 and under
9:00 - 9:45 am
(Saturday practices will be scheduled as needed or to improve the swimmers.)
(*Dryland workout may be part of the practice. Please, follow your coach’s instructions regarding clothing/shoes needed.)
