Commitment to Play Form
Section 1--PURPOSE OF FORM AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION
This form signifies your team's commitment to play Division I in the Fall 2002 season.
U11 INSTRUCTIONS:
  Enrollment for the U11 age group is open.  However, local association rules still apply.  Therefore, a team
  must first satisfy local association rules before registering for Western District competition.  To be scheduled
  for Division I play, the following must be received by the appropriate Western District coordinator on or
  before August 1, 2002:

  In addition, at least one team representative must attend a mandatory meeting on August 11 in
  Austin.  Any team not represented will NOT participate in Division I in the 2002-2003 seasonal year.
 
U12 through U19 INSTRUCTIONS:
  U12 through U19 teams must have automatically qualified under Western District qualification procedures
  to play Division I in the Fall 2002 season and maintain a minimum 50% +1 of the players who were on
  the Spring 2002 roster.  To be scheduled for Division I play, the following conditions must be met:
(1) On or before June 20, 2002 the appropriate Western District coordinator must receive:

___ signed spring 2002 club or association roster
(2) On or before August 1, 2002 the appropriate Western District coordinator must receive a
  signed fall 2002 club or association roster.  Failure to return at least 50% + 1 players from the
  Spring 2002 roster will render the team ineligible for Fall 2002 Division I competition.
