Play Up Commitment Form

Section 1--PURPOSE OF FORM AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION

This form signifies your team's commitment to play up one age group in Division I

during the Fall 2002 season.

QUALIFICATION:

Any team that finished first in Western District Snickers Cup competition in Spring 2002 may elect to

play up one age group. No other team will be permitted to play up. A team playing up is the guest

team and does not have a vote in how the age group format is determined. Any team that plays up

will automatically qualify for Snickers Cup competition in its true age group in Spring 2003, regardless

of its standing in Fall 2002 play.

To retain qualification for Fall 2002:

--your team must return 50% + 1 of the players who were on the Spring 2002 roster and

--older age players shall not be added for fall play.

INSTRUCTIONS:

To be scheduled for Division I play, the following conditions must be met:

On or before June 20, 2002 the appropriate Western District coordinator must receive:

On or before August 1, 2002 the appropriate Western District coordinator must receive a

signed fall 2002 club or association roster. Failure to return at least 50% + 1 players from the

Spring 2002 roster will render the team ineligible for Fall 2002 Division I competition.
