Team Policy Manual
Attached is the long awaited final version of the Team Policy Manual. If unable to open ask Andy or I for a hard copy. I believe it reflects the vision that we as a collective group of parents have for this team. As I stated when I took on the task, I feel it is important that we as parents are all on the same page when it comes to team goals, policies and commitment levels. I believe it will also be beneficial to new parents joining or considering joining the team. The policy manual is meant to be a work in progress. Any additional inputs are certainly welcome.
Please review the document with your son. Particular emphasis should be paid to the code of conduct, team policies, and expected commitment level sections of the manual. The coach, parents and certainly the boys put a tremendous amount of time and resources into this team. The boys are playing a very high level of soccer. The commitment level must also be high and is expected of everyone.

Player's Tournament Policies!
Coach Lanza has implemented some rules for the Boys to observe while traveling to tournaments and he would like all parents to help the boys observe them. He feels that it is necessary because they are getting to the age where they must start acting accordingly. He wants them to understand that not only do they represent themselves but they represent their Families, Team, Coach, Mid-County, and the NCSL both ON and OFF the playing field and that their conduct should reflect their pride in themselves as well as all the above mentioned.
The rules are very straight forward and any violation could result in a player not being allowed to play in a game.
1. Players are required to be in THEIR own rooms by 9:30PM with lights out before 10PM
2. Players are required to be up and getting ready 2 Hours before a scheduled game time, example- 8AM game; up by 6AM and eating a healthy breakfast and DRINKING WATER, 7:15AM at the field ready to warm-up
3. NO SWIMMING, Hot Tub, or Sauna between games- eat a healthy meal, rest, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, and be ready for the 2nd game of the day.
