To receive a registration form for any of the St. Patricks's Sports Programs which includes Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Soccer, Swimming (Boys & Girls), and Volleyball you can download an application from this website (under Handouts on the left hand side) or stop by the rectory and fill one out for each program.
