Use of the Gym and School Hall, and all Basketball, is canceled if:
Schools are closed due to snow or
Baltimore County Declares a Snow Emergency, or
Baltimore Recreation and Parks cancels their activities or
the Parish asks us to cancel activities
If none of the above occur but the Athletic Association believes there may be a safety issue particular to our site, John Quinn will post a note on this site.
More detail:
IF BALTIMORE COUNTY RECREATION AND PARKS CANCELS AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES FOR A WEATHER RELATED EVENT - THE GYM AND SCHOOL HALL ARE CLOSED REGARDLESS OF SNOW PLAN OR SCHOOL CLOSURES.
If Baltimore County Schools are closed due to Inclement weather [CLOSED ALL DAY OR EARLY DISMISSAL], Gym use, Hall Use and all Basketball is CANCELED!
If Baltimore County Schools are closed due to a holiday, St Mark Basketball will be canceled if Baltimore County imposes the Snow Emergency Plan.
On Weekends, basketball is cancelled when the Baltimore County Snow Emergency Plan is in effect or if Baltimore County Recreation and Parks cancels their activities. If league play is underway at the time the Baltimore County Snow Emergency Plan is announced, the League Director will decide whether or not games that are already underway may continue.
