Welcome to the St. Louis Storm Website

Welcome to North County Athletic Association. Our organization has been in operation since 1997 primarily as a basketball organization known as the St Louis Cougars . This year marks the 4th season for a track and field team for North County Athletic Association. We believe this will be an exciting season that will prove to be a growing and learning experience for us all. The fitness, physical conditioning, teamwork and leadership skills that your athlete will gain from this experience will prove to be valuable tools in their lifelong development. USATF # 220025

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

Mission Impossible Theme

Misson Statement

The purpose of the St. Louis Storm track club is to provide organized training for competition in Track & Field. We will provide all athletes an opportunity to set and achieve individual and team goals in a fair and nurturing environment. Athletes will be encouraged to grow mentally and physically, while stressing the life long lessons of the importance of physical fitness and health. Our goal is to instill confidence, leadership skills and a positive self image in all athletes, which can be applied in all aspects of their lives. We will measure our success not in size, but through the educational, social & travel experiences the athletes gain each season.

Storm recoginzed in Atlon Telegraph

ALTON — A welcome storm swept into town Saturday morning, The St. Louis Storm brought its AAU track program to Public School Stadium for a youth meet. Winston Kelly and his crew wanted to give the city what’s bubbling in East St. Louis and Cahokia — a direct path to the finish line. “We don’t have a club in Alton like we do in East St. Louis and Cahokia,” said Kelly, the Storm’s director. “So it could be a first step for us.”
