Coach Rod and the S.T.E.P. Athletes
S.T.E.P. Track Club was founded in 2009 by Coach Rodney W. Williams. Rod W. Williams of the S.T.E.P Track Club is one of the nation’s top youth Sprint Coaches over the last decade with numerous national medal winners (to their credit).  Rod is also currently the head sprint coach and freshman running back coach at Scripps.
