St. Croix Tusnami is the St. Croix Soccer Club's elite BU18 youth soccer team. The Tsunami has a long-standing record of achievement. The Tsunami is one of only two teams in USYSA Region II to have won their State Cup five consecutive times and to represent their state association at the Region II tourmanent. The team has also participated in many invitational tourneys across the Midwest and USA and has been ranked in Ace's Regional rankings, National Soccer Rankings and GotSoccer rankings.

Tsunami Advances to U18 Final
The St. Croix Tsunami advanced to the final game of the 2004 Minnesota State Cup with a 4-0 win over Coulee Region in Coon Rapids tonight. Scoring in the semi-final match were O'Brien (1), Eichten (2) and Blythe (1). Matt Carlson collected the shut-out decision in goal. The Tsunami had previously won their round-robin matches over Keliix (6-2) and the Wings (2-0) to be earn the top seed in their pool. Evan Rajan collected those wins in the goal for the St. Croix side.
The BU18 championship match will be held in Coon Rapids on Sunday, May 23rd versus Keliix. Please check the MYSA web site for the game time. (Or call any Tsunami player). Tsunami fans will be welcomed to help cheer on the team to defend their State title.

Fans Welcome Kennedy and Simonet
Tsunami fans welcome 2 new Tsunami players for the U18 season. Ryan Kennedy hails from Apple Valley High School and will play both as a midfielder and defender. Ben Simonet, a senior at Stillwater Area High School, returns to the Tsunami and most likely will playing up front.
Sixteen returning Tsunami players round out the experienced roster of 18.

St. Croix Tsunami to Announce U18 Season
The St. Croix Tsunami, Minnesota's five-time State Cup Champion, will soon announce their roster for the upcoming U18 season.
Tentatively, the Tsunami will participate in the MYSA BU18 Premier league, the Minnesota State Cup tournament, and other regional and local events.
The St. Croix Tsunami, (Minnesota's original "Tsunami"), will have a roster of 17 or 18 players, most all of whom are current high school seniors. The team will be coached by Nathan Klonecki.
